Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND PRE-ORDER POLICY

Delivery area. We deliver to mainland France, Switzerland, Belgium, the USA, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Shipping. Orders ship from Switzerland with La Poste, Swiss Post or bpost, depending on the destination. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Pre-order. The first run (Collection 001) is available for pre-order until 20 November 2026 at the launch price of 69 CHF, then 79 CHF. Pre-ordered pieces ship after the pre-order period ends. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as they ship.

Shipping costs. Free, with no minimum order, to France, Switzerland and Belgium. Flat rate of 10.00 CHF incl. VAT to the USA, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Customs. Depending on the destination country, customs duties or taxes may apply. They are the customer’s responsibility.

Items shipped separately. An order with several items may be sent in several parcels.

Standard delivery. We only offer standard home delivery.

Lost, damaged or undelivered parcel. Contact us at contactlombeli@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation. No cancellation is accepted once the order has been placed.
